Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy is a personalized, one-on-one approach to yoga that supports physical, emotional, and nervous system health through movement, breath, and mindful awareness. Unlike group classes, yoga therapy is tailored to the individual, meeting you where you are and addressing your specific needs and goals.

Gail’s work is rooted in classical yogic tradition and informed by modern understandings of stress and trauma. The focus is not on perfect poses, but on developing awareness, resilience, and practical tools that support daily life—on and off the mat.

How to Work with Gail

Yoga therapy is offered as a weekly one-on-one service, beginning with a complimentary initial consultation. This first conversation provides space to discuss your goals, concerns, and health history, and to determine whether yoga therapy is the right fit.

Ongoing sessions are collaborative and adaptive, and may include gentle movement, breath practices, nervous system support, and simple tools to use between sessions. Gail also offers ongoing classes and special events for those who wish to continue or deepen their practice in a group setting.
