I offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation as a relaxed, one-on-one Zoom conversation designed to help you clarify what your body and nervous system truly need right now. There’s no pressure, no obligation — just a chance to be heard.

 

During our call, we’ll talk about:

  • What’s currently going on in your body and daily life

  • Any pain, tension, stress, or movement limitations you’re experiencing

  • Your goals — whether that’s feeling stronger, moving more freely, managing stress, or deepening relaxation

  • Past experiences with yoga, movement, or rehabilitation (if any)

 

From there, I’ll help you understand how yoga therapy, personalized movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques may support you. If it feels like a good fit, I’ll recommend a personalized path forward — which may include ongoing private sessions, movement training, or therapeutic yoga designed specifically for you.

This session is simply a starting point: a conversation to explore what’s possible and determine the best next step for your well-being.
