  2. Breathing. It seems so simple, and yet, can be so profound. An intelligent use of breath will enable you to slow down, reduce pressure, and handle what needs to be done.

  3. Meditation offers you a chance to notice your thoughts as thoughts. Sometimes our minds race so fast it's hard to realize what is real, and what is a story we are clinging to.
